With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the esteemed Kansas City Art Institute, Loreta Kreeger Feeback embarked on a dynamic career journey that seamlessly blends her talents as an artist and designer.
Her artistic ability and design flair were honed during her tenure at renowned organizations such as Hallmark Cards, Burd and Fletcher, and The Federal Aviation Agency. Despite her demanding professional commitments, Loreta adeptly balanced her career with her family responsibilities, seamlessly transitioning into freelance graphic design while nurturing her growing family. Driven by an unwavering passion for fine art, Loreta pursued further academic enrichment, culminating in a Master’s degree in Painting from The University of Missouri of Kansas City. This pivotal educational pursuit not only deepened her artistic insights but also propelled her toward a focused dedication to her craft.
Loreta’s artistic merit has garnered widespread recognition, including being featured in the Artist Magazine’s “Best of Over 60” issue in March 2013. Her pastel earned a well-deserved place in “The Best of Pastels,” distributed by Northlight Books. Noteworthy publications such as “Pastel Artist International Magazine” have showcased her talent, with a feature article gracing its inaugural issue in 1999 and subsequent appearances, including a significant feature in the Nov.-Dec. 2001 edition.
Her artistic contributions have not gone unnoticed, with accolades such as an Honorable Mention in the revered “Pastel Journal” Magazine, both in 2007 and 2015 (Best 100). In 2017, her work was immortalized in the esteemed book “Art Journey Abstraction Painting.” Furthermore, she holds a distinguished place in the esteemed directories “Who’s Who of America Women” and “Who’s Who in America,” a testament to her enduring influence in the realm of art and design.
